Extra Brut, crafted from Johanniter, Chardonnay, and Muscaris grape varieties. This sparkling wine offers a captivating and aromatic freshness with notes of white flowers and citrus. Produced using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. Its delicate effervescence makes it the ideal choice for a summer aperitif with friends.

The selection of unique plots, manual harvesting, and the long, gentle pressing of whole clusters maximize the sensory qualities of the juice. The vines are widely spaced and south-facing to increase aeration and reduce the risk of excessive humidity and diseases. The silty soil with flint outcrops, located at an altitude of 150 m on the slopes of the lower Meuse, is the ideal terroir for viticulture. The plots are ecologically maintained with 2 km of hedges, landscape strips, beehives, and a grove of trees to increase biodiversity and create an eco-responsible environment.
