Estate

Located 10 km from Liège city center in the village of Fexhe-Slins, the estate overlooks the Meuse valley.

The soil and subsoil of the vineyard are of utmost importance. When establishing the vineyard, the choice of this plot was an obvious one.

Soil

The subsoil is rich in flint, with outcrops in certain areas.

This minerality will bring full complexity to the wines produced. The vine roots will thus be able to delve deep to find all the resources necessary for their growth and utilize them in the grape berries.

Sustainability

U n V i g n o b l e C e r t i f i é B i o

The entire vineyard is maintained sustainably. At present, it is essential to preserve our environment. We have therefore naturally turned to organic farming to cultivate our vines.

Domaine Tour de Tilice is first and foremost a family story.

Established on the lands of the 18th-century Tilice farm, whose foundations are built upon the remains of an ancient abbey, several generations have succeeded one another, with each generation bringing significant changes to the operation of the premises.

In the past, cows, pigs, and other animals occupied the old farm buildings. In 1990, Marc, my father, embarked on apple and pear production, and when I took over the operation in 2016, new choices were made.

Thus, in 2018, I planted the first vines. Domaine Tour de Tilice was born!
